Hi, I’m Alysa, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), trained at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (University of Arizona). I specialize in working with women in midlife and I also coach other adults who want strength, energy, and sustainable habits without extremes.
