Get to know Alysa and the heart behind summit wellness
Hi, I’m Alysa Chapman, NBC-HWC & NASM-CPT, trained at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (University of Arizona). I offer personal fitness and wellness coaching for adults of all ages, with a special focus on supporting women in midlife.
I know what it’s like to leave appointments with more questions than answers. That’s why my coaching is personal and practical. Together we’ll cut the noise, uncover what’s in your way, and build simple, sustainable habits that fit your real life so you regain energy, build strength, think clearer, sleep better, and actually enjoy the process.
With my clients, that often looks like:
• Strength training that respects your joints and your schedule
• Simple habit shifts for sleep, stress, and fueling
• Coaching that treats you like a person, not a project
Before health coaching I was a teacher and athletic coach, so guiding and supporting people is in my DNA. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on a trail, a paddleboard, or a bike. Movement and nature fuel me, and I love helping people rediscover what fuels them including many women in midlife.
You have the capacity to thrive in this season. If you’re ready to trade frustration for clarity and exhaustion for steady energy; let’s do this together.
Book a free 15-minute call and start your next chapter. Let’s feel good together.
I work with adults of all ages, with a special focus on women in midlife.
