Get to know Alysa and the heart behind summit wellness
Hi, I’m Alysa Chapman, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. I help women navigate the often overlooked seasons of perimenopause through post-menopause, focusing on the whole person, mind, body, and spirit because wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Your path to feeling good again is personal, and that’s exactly why my coaching is, too. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in your way, build simple, sustainable habits, and create a realistic, customized plan that helps you feel stronger, clearer, and more like you again.
Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to sit in a doctor’s office, leave with more questions than answers, and wonder if anyone’s really listening. It wasn’t until my own health struggles and midlife shifts that I realized how connected every part of our health truly is and how important it is to have someone in your corner who gets it. That’s what sparked my passion for this work.
Before health coaching, I spent years as a teacher and athletic coach, which made stepping into wellness coaching feel like a natural (and deeply meaningful) next chapter. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on a hiking trail, paddleboard, bike, or chasing the next new adventure outdoors. Movement, nature, and learning fuel me and I love helping women rediscover what fuels them too.
I believe you have the innate ability to thrive, no matter what season you’re in. Whether you’re hoping to reclaim your energy, manage stress, find hormonal balance, or simply feel better in your skin again I’m here to support you.
Are you ready to trade frustration for clarity, and exhaustion for energy? Let’s climb this summit and feel good together!
