(30 minutes)

  • Take-home exercises.

Health & Wellness Coaching
(60 minutes)

Clarity, simple habits, and steady energy

  • Weekly plan you can actually do.

  • Sleep, stress, and fueling basics for life

  • Gentle Accountability between sessions.

I work with adults of all ages, with a special focus on women in midlife.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I switch between coaching and training? Yes, I provide flexible plans.

  • Virtual or in-person? In person local options available, but virtual is always an option.

  • Payment options? Pay in full up front a month at a time.

  • What if it’s not a fit? After the first session, we can convert to a Reset Session and adjust your plan.

  • After the cancellation policy? Requires 24 hour notice of any cancellation to reschedule. If cancelled within the 24 hour notice, session will be lost.
