At Summit Wellness, I help kids, adults, older adults, and women 35+ build strength, confidence, and better movement in a way that fits real life.

I listen first, meet you where you are, and build sessions around what you actually need.

People find Summit Wellness for different reasons: workouts that no longer work, balance that feels less steady, kids who need a healthy outlet, or the simple desire to feel stronger again.

Running Up Steps

At Summit Wellness, we start with a complimentary consultation to understand your fitness journey. I focus on your goals and create tailored sessions that prioritize your unique needs.

Kids & Teens

Some kids love sports. Some kids do not think they are athletic at all.

I work with both.

For athletes, we focus on strength, balance, coordination, reaction, agility, and better body control to support the sport they already love.

For kids who are not drawn to sports, the goal is often different. We make movement feel less intimidating and more doable. Sometimes the biggest win is a kid realizing they are stronger, quicker, or braver than they thought.

No pressure to be the best in the room. Just a place to move, try, laugh, and build confidence one session at a time.

Women 35+

This one is personal.

I have been active my entire life, so I understand how frustrating it feels when your body starts responding differently.

The workouts that used to work may not feel the same anymore. Strength, energy, recovery, and confidence can all feel harder to manage in perimenopause through post-menopause.

You are not failing.

You may just need a different approach.

I help women 35+ build strength, support muscle and bone health, and train for the body they have now.

Adults

You know you need to get stronger, but it is hard to know where to start or what actually matters.

That is where I come in.

I help adults stop guessing and start training with a plan that fits their body, schedule, and real life. We focus on strength, better movement, and building confidence without making fitness feel like another thing you are failing to keep up with.

What makes this different is that I do not just count reps. I listen, watch how you move, adjust when needed, and coach the person in front of me.

Older Adults

I work with older adults who want to stay strong, steady, and independent.

That may mean better balance, easier stairs, getting up from a chair with more confidence, carrying groceries, or feeling less nervous about falling.

The goal is not fancy.

The goal is freedom.

To keep moving, keep trusting your body, and keep doing the things that make life feel like yours.
