Finish Strong, Not Frazzled

Remember last week’s reframe; gratitude as action, not pressure? Consider this your gentle nudge. The year is speeding up (hello, calendars and cheery holiday playlists in every store), and your body still loves the basics: some movement, whole foods, and a little calm. You don’t need bootcamps or perfection. Just repeatable wins that make December feel more cozy Hallmark and less lost-in-the-mall-parking-lot.
Try the “Tiny-but-Mighty” Holiday Routine (pick 3 a day):
Two-Song Strength: While two songs play, cycle: 8 squats → 8 countertop pushups → 20-second plank. Done before the chorus hits again.
Doorway Mobility: Every time you pass a doorway, do a 10-second chest stretch. (Festive garland optional.)
Whole-Food Swap: Trade one “grab-and-go mystery” for something recognizable: apple + nut butter, Greek yogurt, veggie omelet, chili + greens.
Ten-Minute Reset Walk: Set a 10:00 timer after any meal. Stroll, breathe, notice the lights. Mood up, slump down.
Evening Bookend: Lights low, legs on the couch, 6 slow breaths, one gentle neck release. Call it Cocoa Mode.
Kind “No” of the Day: Decline one draining thing so you can do one energizing thing. Future-you is cheering.
You don’t need perfection. You need repeatable. Stack these tiny reps and you’ll slide into January already in rhythm, no “day one” drama, no parking-lot panic.
There’s still time to jump into my November support if you want a simple structure and a friendly nudge through the holiday swirl (local Gilbert/East Valley or virtual). I’m keeping details light here just know it’s designed with your busy schedule in mind.
Save your Spot!
Let’s close the year calm, steady, and a little proud.
